Ever placed an order online using credit card and the product didn’t get delivered or the merchant/seller turned out to be a fraud. Simply fill-up the dispute form specifying the transaction details and initiate the chargeback process with credit card provider. In case of resolution of the dispute in favor of the cardholder, any charges levied on the disputed transaction during the period of investigation will be reversed. Please note that the maximum time for closure of such disputes is 120 days from the date of receipt of dispute form.
